Your Business. Back On Its Feet

We help homes and businesses recover from water, mold, fire, and storm damage with fast cleanup, reliable restoration, and repairs done right.

Most Businesses Don't Reopen.
Many Homes Never Recover.

When the storm hits, response time and preparation decide whether your business — or your home — survives the year after. The CRP closes the gap between disaster and recovery, for commercial and residential clients alike.

Pre-Positioned Response

We already know your property — your access points, your priorities, your equipment, your insurance carrier. No wasted hours scoping when minutes matter.

First In, First Out

CRP clients get priority dispatch. We’re heading to your property while everyone else is still on hold with their insurance company.

One Coordinated Plan

Pre-storm prep, post-storm response, restoration, and reconstruction all under one agreement — no juggling vendors during the worst week of your year.

How It Works

Three Phases. One Plan.

From a quiet day in May to the worst day of hurricane season — your CRP covers every phase of disaster response.

Case Studies

Three businesses. Three disasters. Three recoveries. These weren’t CRP clients yet — imagine how much faster they could’ve been back up if they were.

ABC Liquor

Canton, North Carolina · September 2024

The Disaster

Hurricane Helene tore through western North Carolina and Canton went underwater within hours. ABC Liquor’s storefront was completely submerged — inventory destroyed, fixtures floating, the structure soaked through. Every hour without intervention, the mold timer was running.

Our Response

Clear Restoration mobilized into Canton with a full demo crew. We gutted the affected areas, dried the structure to industry standard, treated for mold, and prepared the building for reconstruction.

Outcome

Building made safe and ready to rebuild — instead of becoming another statistic on the list of businesses that never reopened after Helene.

With A CRP In Place →

Pre-storm tarping and inventory protection could have saved thousands in product loss alone. Post-storm dispatch would have been hours, not days.

Labatt Food Services

Harlingen, Texas · May 2025

The Disaster

Thirteen inches of rain fell overnight. By morning, Labatt’s Harlingen distribution facility was flooded — over 25 offices affected. For a food distributor that keeps South Texas grocery shelves stocked, every day of downtime translated to lost orders and broken delivery promises.

Our Response

Clear Restoration deployed within hours. Total demolition, water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, and moisture mapping with FLIR thermal imaging — completed inside one week. The operational crew kept working through the response, so the business kept making money.

Outcome

25+ offices restored. Supply chain protected. Business never went dark.

With A CRP In Place →

We could have rolled in mobile command trailers and pre-staged dehumidifiers — keeping those offices productive while restoration happened around them. Days off the timeline, dollars on the table.

Premier Magnesia

North Carolina · September 2024

The Disaster

Hurricane Helene’s rainfall pushed a nearby river over its banks and flooded Premier Magnesia’s industrial facility. Production equipment, offices, and irreplaceable business records — all under water. For an industrial manufacturer with active shipping contracts, every day of downtime was a day of broken promises.

Our Response

Clear Restoration demoed and dried the affected areas, salvaged what could be saved from the office, and helped the shop get back to operational status — protecting both the physical plant and the business behind it.

Outcome

Plant operational. Records recovered. Business survived.

With A CRP In Place →

Pre-storm flood mitigation and a pre-deployed response team would have reduced equipment exposure and shortened the path back to production.

Selective & Partial Demolition FAQ

Do you demolish old houses so I can build a new one? +

Yes — full house teardowns and lot clearing for new construction are one of our most common Houston jobs. We remove the existing house, slab, foundation, driveway, pool, and outbuildings, then grade the lot so it's build-ready for your foundation crew. We pull the demolition permits, coordinate utility disconnects, and work to your builder's timeline.

What's the difference between selective and partial demolition? +

Selective demolition removes specific components within a building — like interior walls, a ceiling, or mechanical systems — while keeping the structure standing. Partial demolition removes an entire section of a structure, such as a wing, floor, or addition, while leaving the rest intact. Many projects involve both.

Can you demolish while my building stays open? +

Yes. A large share of our Houston work happens in occupied buildings. We use dust containment, negative-air systems, noise control, and off-hours or phased scheduling so your tenants, staff, and neighboring businesses keep operating.

Do you handle permits and hazardous materials? +

We manage the permitting process and screen for hazardous materials such as asbestos and lead before work begins. If abatement is required, we coordinate it so demolition proceeds safely and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

How do you protect the parts of the structure that stay? +

Every load-bearing removal is engineered. We install temporary shoring and bracing, sequence the work to maintain stability, and monitor the standing structure throughout. Protecting what you keep is the core discipline of selective and partial demolition.

Do you remove the debris too? +

Yes — hauling, sorting, and responsible recycling of concrete, metal, and other materials is included. We leave the site swept and ready for your next phase, with disposal documentation for your records.

How fast can you respond after storm or fire damage? +

We offer 24/7 emergency response across the Houston area. After a hurricane, flood, or fire, surgical removal of compromised sections is often the critical first step — and because we also handle remediation and rebuild, it's all one source from day one.
